Details
Three hours after steady rain, there were fears that if the artist took the stage to perform, they will be electrocuted. Alvin lee from the band Ten Years After, was warned of this distinct possibility, as it was raining when it was the bands turn to go on.
Alvin response was: "Oh, Come on. If I get electrocuted at Woodstock, we'll sell lots of records"
